Creme Brulee

My Family has such a sweet tooth and Creme Brulee is one of our favourite dessert.

A traditional base of vanilla custard with a hint of caramelised sugar.

This variety of pear derives its name from the phrase Doyenne du Comice, meaning 'Top of the show', as they are often celebrated as the best pear variety.

Vanilla Patchouli & Sandalwood
